 PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:

-Lead the Performance Management process for India.
- Drive the entire performance management cycle for Asia starting right from robust Goal deployment to mid year reviews and final annual performance cycle planning.
- Manage a smooth transition to our new Performance Management process and associated Change Management.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure People Leaders and HR Business Partners are equipped for performance conversations.
- Support the Performance Management process for Asia.

               
COMPENSATION:
 The incumbent will be responsible for designing compensation strategy aligned to the overall growth strategy of Whirlpool Of India Limited. The key deliverables for this will include providing
- C&B advisory propelled by continuous market scanning and bench-marking studies.
- Review and redesign of remuneration structures / policies in line with the market.
- Anchor and lead the annual merit increase process for Whirlpool India.
