All Net-app employees receive 40 hours of paid time off each year to volunteer at non-profits or schools of their choice. In 2012, employees donated close to 50,000 hours of their time to help their communities.
In fiscal year 2013, Net-app charitable contributions through cash, in-kind, and employee volunteer programs were valued at more than $4.8 million.
Since 2007, Net-app employees and colleagues have raised more than $4.8 million for childhood cancer research through fundraisers for the St. Baldric's Foundation.
