Performance
Develop
people-engagement strategies
If you have direct or indirect responsibility for
the performance of others — whether it’s a small group or a business unit with
hundreds of employees — you know it takes more than good leadership skills to
develop and motivate staff. Our expert faculty will help you discover how to
create and employ people-focused strategies and plans that will ultimately
maximize your organization's bottom-line results.
When Kellogg reports
its third-quarter earnings on Tuesday, organic growth will be front and center.
In recent years,
hampered by its slumping cereal business in developed markets including the
U.S., that kind of growth was elusive. That metric excludes the impact of
acquisitions, divestitures and other factors.
In the second quarter, Kellogg (ticker: K) reported positive net
organic growth in all four of its global regions. The overall increase was
2.3%, the company’s best showing since 2016, helped by strong showings in
snacks, frozen foods and noodles.
